Private Coaching

Recognizing the pattern is one thing. Learning to stop organizing your life around it is another.

Private trauma-informed coaching for women who are tired of questioning themselves, managing other people’s emotions, and making choices based on what will cause the least conflict.

Understanding what happened is only part of the work.

You may already recognize that a relationship was unhealthy. You may understand narcissistic behavior, boundaries, attachment, or the nervous system. You may even be able to explain exactly why you respond the way you do.

And yet, in the moment, you still question yourself.

You agree when you want to say no. You replay conversations, wondering whether you overreacted. You anticipate someone else’s response before considering what you need. You recognize the pattern while it is happening, but still feel unsure how to respond differently.

This is where our work begins—not with more information, but with what continues to happen in your actual life.

This Work May Be for You If…

  • You frequently question your perceptions, instincts, or memories.

  • You feel responsible for keeping other people calm or happy.

  • You struggle to set boundaries without guilt or lengthy explanations.

  • You understand your patterns intellectually but still repeat them.

  • You find yourself drawn into relationships where your needs become secondary.

  • You have become disconnected from what you want or what feels right for you.

  • You appear capable on the outside, but privately feel uncertain or emotionally exhausted.

  • You want to make decisions without organizing them around someone else’s reaction.

You do not need a diagnosis for another person or a perfect explanation of what happened. We can begin with your experience and how it has affected you.

What We May Work On

  • Recognizing patterns that are difficult to see from inside a relationship

  • Understanding why certain dynamics feel familiar

  • Separating your needs from other people’s expectations

  • Identifying where fear, guilt, or self-doubt influences your decisions

  • Strengthening your ability to recognize and communicate boundaries

  • Becoming more aware of your body’s responses to stress and conflict

  • Finding more effective ways to respond to emotional triggers

  • Rebuilding confidence in your perceptions and judgment

  • Making choices that reflect what matters to you

  • Creating relationships in which you do not have to disappear to maintain connection

We won’t attempt to address everything at once. We’ll focus on what is affecting you now and work at a pace that allows the changes to become part of your everyday life.

Every client brings a different history, set of circumstances, and reason for seeking support. Our work might include:

How I Work

I don’t use a fixed formula or assume that every woman needs the same tools.

I listen closely to what you say, what you hesitate to say, and the patterns that appear across your experiences. I may ask direct questions, point out contradictions, or invite you to consider something from a perspective you haven’t explored before.

Our sessions may draw from trauma-informed coaching, nervous-system awareness, somatic practices, Human Design, EFT, hypnotherapy, and practical tools for boundaries and self-trust. We’ll use what is relevant to you rather than forcing your experience into a predetermined method.

I will not make decisions for you or tell you what your life should look like. My role is to help you understand what has been influencing your choices so that you can begin making them more consciously.

What Our Work Can Look Like

We begin with what is happening now.

You don’t need to arrive with your entire history organized. We’ll start with the relationships, decisions, or situations that currently feel difficult or confusing.

We look for what keeps repeating.

Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, coping strategies, relationship dynamics, and nervous-system responses that may be shaping what happens next.

We practice something different.

Understanding a pattern matters, but change also requires opportunities to respond differently. We’ll develop practical ways to communicate, set boundaries, make decisions, and remain connected to what you know.

The process is not always linear. New situations may reveal different parts of an old pattern. We’ll work with what emerges without treating it as failure or proof that you should already be further along.

Private, Personalized Support

Private coaching gives us the time and continuity to look beyond a single situation and understand the larger patterns affecting your relationships and decisions.

Sessions are held virtually, allowing you to participate from a private space where you feel comfortable. The frequency and length of our work will depend on your needs and the coaching option you choose.

The first step is to submit an inquiry. I’ll read your message personally and follow up with an invitation to schedule a clarity call.

During that conversation, we’ll talk about what has been happening, what you’re looking for, and any questions you have about coaching. We’ll also consider whether my approach and the support I offer are a good fit for your needs.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

I’ll review your message and contact you with a link to schedule a clarity call. During the call, we’ll discuss what brings you to coaching, what you would like support with, and whether working together feels appropriate.

The call is a conversation, not a commitment to purchase coaching.
