The Sacred Reset is an intimate sound healing experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, reflection, and renewal.
Held in my private sound healing studio and limited to just six women, this is an invitation to step away from the noise of the day, settle into your body, and give yourself one uninterrupted hour to simply receive.
The Virgo New Moon carries themes of healing, discernment, and intentional renewal—a reminder that meaningful change doesn’t always require a dramatic breakthrough.
Sometimes it begins with a deeper breath.
A boundary honored.
A moment of rest.
A choice that feels more supportive.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided grounding practice, followed by approximately 45 minutes of therapeutic sound and vibration using Tibetan singing bowls, gong, RAV drum, ocean drum, rain stick, chimes, and other harmonic instruments.
The journey will invite you to ground, clear, release, and reconnect—without needing to accomplish, analyze, or fix anything.
There is no “right” way to receive sound.
You simply get to come as you are.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, eye mask, and water, or anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported while resting on the floor.
A limited number of yoga mats are available upon request. You may also wish to bring a journal for any reflections after the experience.

Held in my private sound healing studio and limited to just six women, this is an invitation to step away from the outside world for an hour and return to your own center.
The Aries Full Moon carries themes of courage, instinct, vitality, and honoring who we are, while the Libra Sun reminds us of our desire for connection, harmony, and relationship.
Together, they offer a beautiful question:
Can I honor myself without closing my heart?
We’ll begin with a gentle guided grounding practice, followed by approximately 45 minutes of immersive sound and vibration designed to support your body in settling, reconnecting, and receiving.
The journey will move through grounding, embodiment, gentle activation, heart opening, and integration—creating space to reconnect with your needs, boundaries, inner knowing, and the quiet wisdom of your body.
There is nothing you need to accomplish.
