Sometimes what we need isn’t another thing to do.
It’s a place to stop.
To soften the noise.
To come out of the constant doing.
To reconnect with ourselves.
And to create space for whatever is ready to emerge next.
The Sacred Reset is an intimate sound healing experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, reflection, and renewal.
Held in my private sound healing studio and limited to just six women, this is an invitation to step away from the noise of the day, settle into your body, and give yourself one uninterrupted hour to simply receive.
The Virgo New Moon carries themes of healing, discernment, and intentional renewal—a reminder that meaningful change doesn’t always require a dramatic breakthrough.
Sometimes it begins with a deeper breath.
A boundary honored.
A moment of rest.
A choice that feels more supportive.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided grounding practice, followed by approximately 45 minutes of therapeutic sound and vibration using Tibetan singing bowls, gong, RAV drum, ocean drum, rain stick, chimes, and other harmonic instruments.
The journey will invite you to ground, clear, release, and reconnect—without needing to accomplish, analyze, or fix anything.
There is no “right” way to receive sound.
You simply get to come as you are.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, eye mask, and water, or anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported while resting on the floor.
A limited number of yoga mats are available upon request. You may also wish to bring a journal for any reflections after the experience.
